We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.
We do NOT accept Money order, Cashier Check, Personal Checks or Company Checks. If we receive any Personal Checks or Company Checks, they will be returned to sender.
We do not accept payment in cash.
Gift cards and prepaid cards are accepted where applicable. Please retain the card until transaction is completed.
All orders delivered to California and Georgia addresses will be charged the appropriate sales tax of 7%
All other states will the proper sales tax of 7-8%
Billing Terms & Conditions
We verify all billing information provided by our customers. Please enter your billing information correctly; otherwise, your order may be delayed from processing. At times we may also be required to speak to the cardholder, please ensure that the correct telephone/ contact number is provided on the purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.
Shipping Address and Handling Charges
LuxeAloure.com will NOT charge any customer with hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed accordingly in the checkout page. In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address. Your order may be delayed if the wrong shipping address is provided. At times we will need to contact the customer to provide or verify the shipping address; please then ensure your best contact number is provided on your invoice. Ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct and proper shipping address is provided on the order invoice; we are not responsible for any lost packages that are caused by an incorrect shipping address provided on the invoice. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes immediately to avoid any complications or delays with your order.
Orders require 2-3 business days for processing (subject to conditions). Business days are justified as being Monday – Friday only.
1. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse).
2. USPS Express Mail (1 to 3 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse).
3. USPS International Priority (6-10 business days for delivery once package leaves our warehouse)
4. USPS First Class International (10-16 business days for delivery once package leaves our warehouse).
Please note: We do NOT accept any customer's own shipping account (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, UPS or any other company) for any order.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
Orders are to be processed within approximately two business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification/shipping address. LuxeAloure.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the next business day (Monday) including Express shipment. In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend for you to use the same address for both your shipping and billing address. Otherwise, your order could be subjected for verification and may be delayed. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help to resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
Expanded Assortment Items (special orders)
Processing time for items through our expanded assortment category, i.e. Lingerie, Costume, Body Shapers, Corsets etc. will depend on the vendor’s availability and transit time. Special order items will normally leave our warehouse within 5-10 business days. Your entire purchase will not leave our warehouse until your special order item is fulfilled. If we cannot fulfill your special order item on the 5th business day, the rest of your order will be shipped first and the special order item will ship separately.

Please note on special order items: If your order is processed, request for cancellation may not be guaranteed. We cannot guarantee cancellation via email due to the response time required and the possibility of mis-commmunication. Immediate cancellation of an order must be confirmed and verified by calling us directly at 323-642-8690. A cancellation fee of 20% may be imposed for any special order items.
