Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our biggest concern. If you are unhappy with your online purchase we honor a 7 day exchange policy for domestic order, 10 days for international order. All items must be in mint condition. ie; unworn, no stains, tears,smoke scented, product band must show no signs of tampering. All items must be received on or before day 7 for domestic orders and 10 days for international orders. We will not accept returns after 7 days for domestic orders and 10 days international orders. If we receive any items after 7 days for domestic orders and 10 days for international orders, the item will be returned to sender. The exchanged item will not be shipped until the original purchase has been received and processed. Please provide to us the tracking information for your returned item.

All returns must be submitted through our Return Request. After the return request is received you will receive an RMA for your order. This RMA must be written on the outside of your package so that we may identify the package. Please do not send returns without an RMA as all packages without an RMA will not be processed. RMA requests are responded to withing 24-48 hours after receipt.

All returns must include your purchase invoice as well as every item that was included with the returning purchase ie; jeans with belt attached. The item must also include all tags,, if tags are removed no store credit or exchange will be given. If the item is not shipped to us in it's entirety, no store credit or exchange will be issued. The original purchase will be shipped back to you. Please allow 2-3 business day to process all returns. All exchanged items are final.

All return items will be inspected accordingly upon receipt. Any item(s) that does not meet our return requirements may be refused and return back to the sender. We will reserve the right to impose a 20% restock fee in certain situations where applicable. Our return department will have sole discretion and have final decisions on returns. In the event that a customer receives a gift voucher the voucher must be redeemed within 60 days of receipt.

All cancelled orders per customer request will incur a 20% restocking fee 

We do not offer cash or credit refunds.

  1. Store credit in place of a returned item.
  2. Exchange of equal or less value. If the exchanged item is more than the original purchase the difference must be paid before the item will ship.
  3. Gift voucher in place of a returned item. Voucher must be redeemed within 60 days of receipt.

 

Special promotions; including social network (Twitter,Instagram,Facebook,Pinterest) late night sales, 2 for $25 3 for $35 offers can not be exchanged for regular non promotional priced items.
